Candytopia

What a colorful and delicious time we had at the new museum of "Candytopia" in Santa Monica! Seriously Bella and Chloe wanted to eat up everything and anything in each room in this exhibit! From the moment you walk in it is a dentist’s nightmare! lol The first room is an introduction in the library quarters with animated entertainers who give you the insights of what to do and what not to do! The girls and I were blown away by the statues and painting that were made of one hundred percent candy! Jelly beans, twizzlers and other edible yummies! They have artists who made replicas of famous people and paintings. Every room is magical from under the sea themes to illusional sweet escapes from playing with gigantic gum balls, miniature homes, swings, stages and the girls favorite area was the marshmallow swimming pool... literally a dream - dipping yourself into marshmallows! What a treat and the staff at the museum made sure that the girls enjoyed and spent enough time swimming in candy! My favorite room was the unicorn room where they had huge flying pigs that farted (yes farted) confetti from their bottoms!! Hilarious idea! In addition in they have a stage that you can stand on and confetti is blown onto you while it rotates! This exhibit was fun and delightful so check it out with the whole family!
